What Is An Athlete?
We, at Dojo, believe that anyone can be an athlete. When you typically think of an athlete, you think of professional athletes in sports. We like to redefine the stereotypical thoughts of an athlete.
We believe anyone that is mindful about their physical activities and puts in the conscious effort to improve themselves is an athlete. That can be anywhere from working out at the gym 3 times a week to walking 30 minutes a day at the park. It is different for everyone and we help our students to develop ways that benefit them specifically. Using our methods your child will grow tremendously and you will see the benefits over the course of their career.
